About the Cause
The Alzheimer’s Society is working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. This Charity gives help to those living with dementia today, and provides hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and by funding groundbreaking research.
Dementia likely develops from multiple factors, such as age, family history, genetics, lifestyle and environment.
Scientists have identified these factors that increase the risk of Alzheimer’s. While some risk factors can't be changed, emerging evidence suggests there may be other factors we can influence.
The Alzheimer's Societs doesn't want anyone to face the realities of dementia alone. That’s why your support is vital..
